This\u00a0<i>real-time<\/i>\u00a0data is extremely valuable for Illinois and the Midwest as we work with legislators, academic institutions, and other stakeholders to make certain we are developing\u00a0the right talent to address our industry&#8217;s critical workforce needs.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>We are asking all decision-makers and key employers in our life sciences community to complete this brief (~20 minute) survey by\u00a0<i>no later than\u00a0<\/i><b>February 28, 2023.\u00a0<\/b>Your responses will be\u00a0<i>confidential<\/i>\u00a0and only reported in aggregate with responses from other bioscience companies. We would\u00a0only like to include your\u00a0company name in a list of responding companies in the report.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>The data will be included in a\u00a0<u>2023 iBIO Regional Life Sciences Workforce Brief<\/u>\u00a0and as part of a national report of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.csbioinstitutes.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.csbioinstitutes.org\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1675983942219000&amp;usg=AOvVaw1Donh9ULz1N7uBhvk_H8zT\">Coalition of State Bioscience Institutes (CSBI)<\/a>, both of which will be released at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bio.org\/events\/bio-international-convention\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.bio.org\/events\/bio-international-convention&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1675983942219000&amp;usg=AOvVaw1pzqFTlYrpm2eCkhQs1xyy\">BIO<\/a>\u00a0next June.
